Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platforms to assess and address clients’ emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges.
• Providing timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, including developing immediate coping strategies and safety plans.
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to create tailored treatment plans aimed at supporting clients with specific behavioral challenges.
• Engaging in ongoing documentation and progress monitoring to evaluate client outcomes and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population seeking mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, often requiring individualized therapeutic approaches rooted in evidence-based practices. Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active, unrestricted state license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

Compensation and Benefits

Finding New Hope Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide:
