At Solace Springs Therapy, we are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Mental Health Therapist, specializing in LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. This full-time remote position involves working closely with individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a key member of our community health clinic, you will deliver individualized therapy services with a focus on enhancing relational and interpersonal dynamics among families, couples, and individuals.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on developing coping strategies and fostering open communication among participants.
• Employing evidence-based practices to assess client needs, including conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments that inform treatment plans.
• Creating and revising individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring ongoing progress assessments are part of the treatment process.
• Actively participating in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and optimize treatment strategies for improved patient outcomes.
• Providing supervision and support to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele seeking support for substance use disorders and concurrent mental health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, empowering them to reclaim their lives and foster healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its impact on therapy, with the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with three years of post-licensure experience, particularly those specializing in mood disorders, will be preferred. Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly beneficial. A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders is essential, along with exceptional communication skills to engage clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
