  • Engage actively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies that address the mental, emotional, and physical needs of clients.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, promoting their professional development.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly focusing on addressing mood disorders through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients dealing with substance use, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. You will play a vital role in facilitating recovery through therapy that emphasizes relational dynamics and interpersonal growth, helping clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

  • A current and valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience as a practicing therapist.
Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will possess:

  • Two or more years of post-licensure specialization in treating mood disorders, including a proven track record of effective therapeutic outcomes.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, specifically CBT and DBT, that can be applied to various client challenges.
  • A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other health professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and facilitate open discussions on sensitive topics.
