Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our dynamic team at Solace Springs Therapy. This full-time position focuses on providing therapeutic services to clients struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring comprehensive support to our clients.

Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work from home while remaining an integral part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients’ needs and progress.
• Delivering evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders.
• Creating comprehensive treatment plans and regularly updating these plans based on client feedback and clinical assessments.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, other therapists, and support staff to develop integrated treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Associate Clinical Social Workers, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing substance dependence and those grappling with significant mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. You will leverage your skills to help clients navigate the complexities of their mental health challenges while focusing on holistic recovery pathways that promote long-term wellness.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A current, valid, and active license in good standing (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) recognized by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting following licensure.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is desirable:

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with prescribers within the healthcare team.
• A proven track record of achieving positive patient outcomes in treating complex mood disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our robust benefits package includes:
