Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients with diverse needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping that reflects client progress and treatment modifications.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes through integrated care approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, fostering an environment of continuous learning and quality improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including children, adults, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of experience providing clinical counseling in a mental health setting.
• A strong theoretical understanding of various therapeutic models and approaches, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and technology to enhance clinical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling for enhanced therapeutic service delivery.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive care models.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to counseling and mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
