Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide individual therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, ensuring that their voices are included in their treatment journey and monitoring progress regularly.
• Provide teletherapy services, offering a flexible option for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
• Maintain organized and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest research and innovations in mental health practices.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client base, especially in telehealth settings.
