Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health histories and current concerns, laying the foundation for tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Techniques, specifically selected to address clients' individual needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, ensuring they are engaged in their treatment process and motivated by results.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions when appropriate, creating a space for shared experiences and communal support among clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation while adhering to ethical protocols and regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training that enhance your clinical skills and align with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, presenting a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and stress management issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish a nurturing and trusting relationship with clients.
• Commitment to empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to practice.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing you to effectively manage caseloads and ensure thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those from culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing to a holistic understanding of client needs.
