Extension is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Jackson, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and HR guidance
• Maintain employee records and HRIS while ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and drive best practices
• Assist with payroll support, special projects, and day-to-day HR operations

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus

Salary Information

• $70k - $80k/year
