Extension is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Pewaukee, WI

Overview of Company/Position

A manufacturing company in Pewaukee is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee sourcing, procurement, suppliers, materials planning, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and stockroom operations. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing experience and can effectively connect supply chain activities to production, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Oversee materials planning, inventory, receiving, and stockroom operations.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team.
• Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
• Resolve shortages and supplier issues and develop contingency plans.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience
• Strong manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, materials planning, and supplier management
• ERP and strong Excel experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Electronic or medical device manufacturing experience is highly preferred

Salary and Schedule

• $80,000–$100,000
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pewaukee, WI
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
