Extension is seeking a Office Administrator for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Port Washington, WI.

What You’ll Impact at Our Client

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the quality system by controlling quality documents used at all levels of the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Associates is preferred
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint) as well as Google Suite.
