VICE PRESIDENT OF HR STRATEGY & GROWTH

Extension is seeking a VP of HR Strategy & Growth for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established Wisconsin-based behavioral health organization located in Oconomowoc, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Lead the organization-wide recruiting strategy and manage a team of 5-10 HR/TA professionals
• Build creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill clinical and behavioral health positions
• Partner with executive, HR, Finance, Operations, and Clinical leadership on workforce planning
• Strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and new-hire retention
• Lead recruiting technology, including ATS, sourcing tools, automation, and AI
• Track and improve recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing, and retention
• Develop talent pipelines through colleges, training programs, and other partnerships
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives
• Coach and develop the HR/recruiting team while serving as a strategic HR leader

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• 10+ years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition leadership experience
• Experience leading HR/TA within a large organization of 3,000+ employees
• Behavioral health or mental health experience strongly preferred; healthcare experience considered
• Strong background across Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Proven longevity in prior positions; ideally 4+ years with each employer
• Union/labor relations experience preferred but not required
• Workday or UKG experience preferred

Salary Information

• $170k - $220k/year
