Remote - May require an occasional onsite meeting in Delaware (as needed for team interactions on larger issues), and the occasional conference that we may host with our stakeholders (we do not support travel costs)

About the Role
The Conversion Analyst will own the end to end analytics that drive customer conversion, funnel optimization, and revenue growth. This role is deeply data driven, with a technical collaboration with DBA, ETL developers, and as well as the business process owners.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain conversion focused data models that support analytics, experimentation, and attribution.
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation across environments.
General understanding of SQL bundling queries (no specific version)
Analytics & Conversion Insights
Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and behavioral patterns to identify conversion bottlenecks.
Conduct A/B test analysis and partner with product teams to evaluate experiment impact.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence product and business strategy.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with project manager, business, and technical teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Present insights to leadership and drive alignment on conversion optimization initiatives.
Will be identifying data health and conversion risks.
Required Qualifications
4+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles with a focus on conversion, data health, or data clean up.
Strong understanding of data modeling.
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, etc.).
Experience working with ETL developers and DBAs.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to non technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and presenting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Department of Labor Data Model, process, and regulations.
Experience with public sector data.
Experience with system integration, specifically data validation modeling
