Your day.

As a Provider in Family Medicine you'll work with 2 other Physicians, and 1Advance Practice Provider to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

  • You would practice at our Lowry Clinic in Lowry, Colorado
  • Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:00am-5pm
  • Shared Practice Phone Call

Your experience.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

  • Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.  
  • Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
  • Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
