Verstärken Sie unser Team als System Engineer Microsoft – Operational Services (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standortedeutschlandweit. Das Team Microsoft im Bereich Operational Services unterstützt Kunden deutschlandweit bei sämtlichen Herausforderungen rund um die Microsoft‑Infrastruktur. Ob bei der Behebung von Störungen oder der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Umgebungen – unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen stehen sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch im Team kompetent zur Seite. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes und anderen Service-Requests (2nd und 3rd Level)
  • Update und Betrieb von Microsoft‑Infrastruktur-Komponenten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Installationen und Migrationen
  • Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitsanforderungen in Windows‑Server‑Infrastrukturen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw. abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Fachinformatiker/-in o. Ä.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Aufbaus und im Troubleshooting von einem oder mehreren der folgenden Systeme:
    • Microsoft Exchange 2016 / 2019
    • Microsoft 365 / Exchange Hybrid
    • Microsoft Hyper‑V / S2D / Azure Local
    • Microsoft PKI
    • Microsoft Active Directory (AD) / AD‑Security
    • Microsoft NPS / Radius
    • Microsoft SCCM
    • Microsoft RDS / AVD
  • Starke Serviceorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Level C1 (oder besser) zur Kommunikation mit unseren deutschsprachigen Kunden
