Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Telehealth LPC will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Utilizing EMR software for efficient documentation and client management, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and share insights that enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you serve at Evolve Wellness Center will range from individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, to families requiring support through challenging dynamics. Many of our clients may have limited access to traditional mental health resources, making your role crucial in providing effective and compassionate care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
• Experience working as part of a healthcare team, demonstrating collaboration and adaptability.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-focused therapy will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques will set you apart as an ideal candidate for this impactful role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additionally, Evolve Wellness Center offers:
