Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate personalized therapy plans.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and staying abreast of the latest mental health research advancements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive and cohesive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is serving individuals and families with limited access to quality mental health services. Clients may present with a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an LPC at Evolve Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who are often underserved and in need of compassionate care and guidance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical counseling experience.
• A solid understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies facilitating effective client management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
