Duration: 12+ Months Contract with potential for Full-Time Conversion
Travel: Up to 50% Travel Required to TX and CA

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Recruiter to support early talent and university recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of campus recruiting experience and a strong background managing university partnerships, recruiting events, and high-volume early career hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with 5–6 universities and support campus recruiting activities
  • Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts
  • Support intern and entry-level hiring for both engineering and non-engineering roles
  • Travel to universities and recruiting events during peak hiring seasons
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-4 years of experience in campus/early talent recruiting
  • Strong experience with university partnerships and event coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Additional Information:

  • Travel expenses and per diem will be reimbursed during recruiting seasons
