Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Minneapolis MN 55402, Tempe, AZ 85288, Chicago, IL 60603
Duration: 06 Months contract with possible for extension
HYBRID: 3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE REQUIRED
Likely two rounds of Teams interviews, one with manager and another with additional team members joining.
Core hours 8-5pm, flexible
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for a variety of technical roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, data, information security, and related functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on timelines
  • Lead strategy sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and candidate closing
  • Utilize Workday (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and recruiting metrics
  • Conduct effective technical and behavioral screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate outreach
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Work Arrangement
  • This role requires working from an office location three (3) or more days per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in technical recruiting, including software engineering and information security
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of technical roles and skill sets (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using advanced search techniques and direct outreach
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in enterprise or highly technical environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage recruiting data for continuous improvement
