We are currently seeking a highly drivenTechnical Advisor to join our team. Technical Advisors (TA) are individuals with a strong technical background in the Energy Industrywho enjoy working with our clients directly in-order to determine the best solution set for them. The team consists ofa group ofwell-rounded geoscience,engineering, land, and financeexpertsdeterminedonhelpingour clientswhile driving growth of annual recurring revenue for Enverus. This is done through the Technical Advisor's primary task: demonstrating the latest technology to clients/prospectsduringpre-sales engagements while conveying the value of the platform.TheTAwillprimarilycollaborate with AccountDirectors andExecutives at Enverusto create atechnology preview which demonstrates thevalue previously described.
Performance Objectives
  • Lead technical discussions and presentations during client facing meetingswhich focus on the client/prospect's needs while leveraging your industry knowledge to effectively engage at all levels of an organization.
  • Advise EnverusSales Teamsand clients on whichofferingswill have the most impacton their business.
  • Present effectively in a variety of settings from one-on-one withtheC-suiteto small and large groups across business segments (E&P companies, oil field services, capital markets, mineral owners, etc.).
  • Serve asasubject matter expert in Enverus'various solution sets.
  • Round out your expertise by developing domain expertise in otherdisciplines.
  • Aid teamsincludingBusiness Development and Marketing with technical guidance on messaging and contentfor conferences, webinars, etc.
  • Attaining individual and corporate goals focused on the growth of annual recurring revenue.
  • Support the Sales Organizationgrowth targetsbyproactively reachingout toAccount Directors andAccountExecutivesto identify whitespace within existingaccounts and new business.
Competitive Candidate Profile
  • PreferredEngineering,Geology or Geophysicalbackground withadditionalexperience in A&D or BD.
  • Understand the fundamentals of economic analysis and the Exploration and Production (E&P) industry
  • Highlycomputer literatewith advanced skills in MicrosoftProduct Suite, Spotfire, GIS, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in crafting effective AI prompts to generate accurate, contextaware outputs across various tools and workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented personality with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple functional and geographical groups concurrently across multiple time zones
  • Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Relishes working on teams and embraces constructive feedback as part of the learning process
Education Requirements:
  • Undergraduate(STEM, preferably Geology or Geophysics)Degree required
    • Masters preferred
Required Skills:
  • 5-10 years of upstream Exploration and Production experience
  • Must have experience with Enverus toolsincludingPrism, WebApp, etc.
  • Ability tocommunicate with other individuals clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Adapt to change quicklywith the ability toimplement newSolution sets effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with teams outside of the Technical Advisors in-order to prepare/solve a client's need
  • Up-to-datein M&A activity across the upstream sector
