Job description

Klugh Automotive Performance, LLC dba KAP Motorsports is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support smooth day-to-day service operations in Palmetto, FL.

Position Summary

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling service and repairs. You will assess customer needs, coordinate service work, and ensure clear communication throughout the vehicle service process—from intake to completion.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate service documentation, supporting technicians with timely information, and helping drive a high standard of quality and professionalism in every interaction. This position will encompass a wide range of makes, models and modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, listen to concerns, and accurately document service needs and vehicle symptoms

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow to support timely turnaround and technician productivity

  • Communicate estimates, service recommendations, and status updates clearly and professionally

  • Ensure service orders, notes, and other records are complete, accurate, and maintained according to company standards

  • Resolve customer questions and concerns while maintaining a positive experience and a service-first mindset

Required Qualifications
  • Full-time availability to work onsite in Palmetto, FL

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and teammates

  • Ability to accurately document information and maintain organized service paperwork

  • Professional, dependable approach to scheduling, follow-ups, and managing priorities

  • Basic understanding of automotive service processes and repair workflows

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior customer-facing experience in an automotive service environment

  • Experience working with service scheduling and managing customer expectations

  • Familiarity with service order processes, documentation practices, and quality standards

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience with high performance upgrades and modifications

  • Ability to generate new sales via social media

Compensation

Annual base salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00
