Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing telehealth technology, ensuring that each session addresses the individual needs of clients effectively.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal objectives and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records documenting client progress, treatment discussions, and any crises that arise during the therapy process.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as needed, actively working to de-escalate situations and promote safety.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals to facilitate a multi-disciplinary approach to client care.
  • Adhere to and uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of therapy practice, ensuring the highest quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our client-centered approach encourages therapists to adapt evidence-based techniques to suit the unique backgrounds and experiences of the individuals and families they work with.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this role.
  • An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State is required.
  • Proven experience providing therapy services remotely, demonstrating adaptability to different client needs through virtual means.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport quickly with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with efficient time-management abilities, ensuring that all documentation and session responsibilities are managed adeptly.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in an outpatient behavioral health setting can be particularly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems to streamline the documentation process.

Compensation and Benefits
