Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse needs.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster healing and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure cohesive and integrated care.
• Engage in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, demonstrating clinical judgment and compassionate care during acute situations.

Qualifications
