Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and challenges.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions effectively using secure digital platforms that ensure client confidentiality and comfort.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, helping clients navigate acute mental health challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices and therapeutic techniques to enhance your effectiveness in the role.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will consist of adults from diverse backgrounds and varying mental health needs. Your role will involve building meaningful therapeutic relationships and utilizing culturally competent care approaches to provide effective support and guidance. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseloads and client scheduling.
• No history of disciplinary actions by licensing boards, ensuring a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering teletherapy services, adapting to the nuances of remote client engagement.
• Previous work in community health settings, demonstrating the ability to address varied client needs effectively.
