Job description

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a C-Suite executive and enabling the organization to operate at its highest level. You will ensure seamless execution of executive priorities, manage complex scheduling and communications, and support project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

In this role you will:

  • Provide professional administrative support to a C-Suite executive, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Address scheduling, communication, and process issues, escalating as needed.
  • Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes and tools.
Who You Are
  • You are highly organized and excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have solid knowledge of executive-level administrative processes and tools.
  • You are an effective communicator, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • You are adept at handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • You are resourceful, self-directed, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
  • You have experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and projects.
  • You have an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have two or more years supporting executives or senior management.
  • You are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and values-driven culture.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
  • Must be based in Minnesota
