Position Overview

Compassion Elevated Therapy is actively seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our rehabilitation facility in Vineland, New Jersey. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing patient well-being through evidence-based physical therapy interventions. You will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment strategies to optimize patients' functionality and quality of life.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where a team of dedicated professionals collaborates to create a patient-centered environment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure multi-disciplinary care for our patients. Our schedule operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate daily documentation and efficient communication.
  • Employ independent judgment coupled with clinical expertise to select appropriate treatment modalities and interventions.
  • Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to physical therapy practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. You will also work with various demographics, including geriatrics, ensuring the delivery of compassionate and effective care tailored to individual patient needs.

Qualifications
  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in settings such as orthopedics, geriatrics, acute care, or outpatient therapy.
  • Strong proficiency in conducting orthopedic assessments and implementing treatment methods accordingly.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using EMR systems to manage patient records efficiently.
  • Proven abilities in mentoring or supervising less experienced clinicians or interns, enhancing the learning environment.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
