Join Duke Cardiology at Lake Norman - Live on the lake!
Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital is seeking an additional full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist (BE/BC) to join its Cardiology group in Mooresville, NC. This is an outstanding opportunity to expand cardiology services while serving as an ambassador for Duke Health programs in the Lake Norman region-all while enjoying a lakefront lifestyle just outside Charlotte.
Position Highlights:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality general cardiology care with an emphasis on diagnostic excellence and compassionate, patient-centered treatment
  • Manage conditions, including:
    • Coronary artery disease, valvular disease, and congenital heart disease
    • Heart failure and peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
    • Hypertension and lipid disorders
    • Arrhythmia management (atrial fibrillation, heart block, pacemaker services)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular services
  • Preventive cardiology, including HTN, lipid, and weight-loss management
  • Leverage advanced resources through Duke's nationally recognized heart program

Duke Health Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC, offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical services. Facilities include a 123-bed hospital with 24-hour emergency medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, maternal-fetal medicine, and women's services, as well as a weight-loss surgery center. The campus has an outpatient imaging center and an outpatient surgery center.
