- Strong computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning company software
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Customer service experience required - dispatch experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Basic automotive knowledge (vehicle makes/models) is a plus, but not required
- Team player who is professional, trustworthy, and takes pride in a clean and safe work environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers, vendors, and tow drivers in a professional and courteous manner
- Collect and confirm all necessary details for each pick-up and provide customers with clear, accurate information about expected arrival times
- Dispatch and route tow trucks efficiently based on driver proximity, availability, vehicle type, and pick-up urgency
- Monitor and track active tows, adjusting schedules or re-routing as needed to meet deadlines
- Coordinate daily routes for drivers, ensuring runs are optimized, printed, and reasonable in length
- Maintain accurate digital records of calls, job details, and dispatch activity using company software and email systems
- Serve as the main point of contact for tow drivers while they're on the road, quickly resolving questions or concerns
- Assist with verifying payments and completing necessary paperwork for purchased vehicles
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to protect people, property, and equipment
