Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, applying solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
  • Engage in collaborative case management with our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve service delivery.
  • Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, fostering a comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions and available treatment options.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in the mental health field through continuous professional development and research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You'll have the opportunity to apply your therapeutic expertise to help clients navigate their challenges and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
  • A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise and implement effective treatment strategies.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and video conferencing tools, aiding in the delivery of virtual counseling sessions.
  • Prior experience in a similar clinical environment, working with individuals facing mental health disorders.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined documentation and client management.
Compensation and Benefits
