• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health status, presenting issues, and treatment needs, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance from the outset.

Our organization serves a diverse adult clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. • A valid and current license as either a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A relevant master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach toward client care, reflecting a deep understanding of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client scheduling and treatment documentation.
• No history of disciplinary actions by professional licensing boards.

• Previous experience in providing mental health therapy in a remote setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous to streamline client management.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management techniques.
