Direct Support Professional requirements:

Do you have a desire to help people and want to see them grow and succeed? Come be a part of our group, working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities! We are an agency that supports our clients in being safe, happy and healthy while learning to be independent.
Join our team TODAY!
We are hiring dependable, caring employees for positions in our community-based group homes for the intellectually and developmentally disabled. You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting individual and group recreational activities as well as assisting and training individuals in performing daily living functions.
NO PRIOR TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! The primary qualification for this job is that you be a responsible, caring and safety-conscious person willing to learn on the job. Hourly pay rate. Extra pay based on your experience. Multiple shifts and locations available.

Requirements
Direct Support Professional requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to undergo a background, drug screening & TB test
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Must be able to maintain the ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, walk or stand up to eight hours and able to perform the requirements of Physical Management.
