Why Join Us?

We are the largest dental support organization in the country, offering non-clinical administrative assistance to over 3,000 dental professionals across 39 states and the District of Columbia, operating in more than 1,900 dental practices. Each office we support is tailored to its community and the patients it serves. Our supported professionals lead their practices with full clinical autonomy and develop their own care philosophies. All team members share a unified mission: to provide top-notch dental care and exceptional patient experiences.

In states such as CT, MD, NC, NV, and WA, hygienists work for a supported professional corporation and are not directly employed by us.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and advocate for patients. You will play a vital role in the patient care team, ensuring that your patients receive the attention and care they truly deserve. With comprehensive support through our Hygiene mentorship program and outstanding educational resources to refine your clinical abilities, you will be fully equipped to deliver exceptional lifelong care to your patients!

  • Attractive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO)
  • Opportunities for continuing education to help you reach your full potential and enhance your clinical skills for patient education and care
  • Access to a broad network of mentors, offering one-on-one hygiene mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Exceptional business support along with high-quality supplies and laboratories to ensure outstanding patient care
  • Chance to be part of a stable organization with over 20 years of industry-leading experience, offering a secure career path with limitless growth potential

About Our Organization

Each supported office is distinct, catering to its community and the patients it serves. With the backing of a practice manager and a skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Organization, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
