Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM

About Our Organization

Each supported office is distinct, reflecting the community and the patients they serve. With the backing of a practice manager and a skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support our organization provides.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license in Iowa and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (as required)
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• Current CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• New graduates and seasoned hygienists are encouraged to apply!
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health
• Clinical requirements as specified by the office

Physical Requirements

• Capability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/organization, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential responsibilities of the role.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and necessary guidance will be provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
