Requirements:
- Existing, transferable book of business
- Experience in freight brokering, logistics, or transportation management
- Ability to develop and sustain long-term customer and carrier relationships
- Negotiate rates, arrange shipments, and monitor loads from start to finish
- Previous experience as a freight agent or similar role preferred
- Must reside in the United States
