Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited to each client's unique situation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation daily to uphold licensure requirements and ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in regular professional development through weekly supervisions and quarterly team meetings, fostering an atmosphere of shared learning and growth.
  • Engage with colleagues to refine counseling skills and participate in case discussions, thereby contributing to the collective knowledge of the team.
  • Communicate effectively with support staff to streamline business operations, ensuring an efficient workflow that maximizes patient experience.
  • Uphold all licensing requirements, including maintaining supervision and relevant professional certifications.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse patient population, working with clients aged 9 and older, including adolescents and adults. You will address a range of mental health concerns through therapeutic interventions, ensuring that all clients receive personalized care that meets their needs. Our approach emphasizes prevention and resilience, aiming to equip clients with the tools necessary for long-term wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional resilience to effectively support patients facing diverse mental health challenges.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in therapeutic settings that address the mental health needs of children through adulthood.
  • Experience implementing preventative mental health strategies and utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet client goals.
  • Familiarity with telehealth tools and best practices to ensure high-quality, effective remote counseling sessions.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on experience and client engagement levels.
