DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management (APM) division currently has an opening for a full-time Landscaper.
DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned transportation company with over 2,500 employees. The APM division provides property management services including landscaping, facilities management and construction to DATTCO divisions as well as external customers. Learn more about us at www.dattco.com.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Landscaping for all DATTCO properties looking for someone with a green thumb!
- Ensure equipment repaired and maintained
- Help solving problems related to maintenance
- Respect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and with other team members
- Participate in winter work projects to include snow plowing, shoveling and removal
- Respond to maintenance requests by the Facilities Manager
- Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed
- Daily attendance at work
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment
- Valid drivers license
- Must be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- Must have a flexible schedule (Monday Friday 0700 1530)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to manage and organize priorities
