As a SAP IS-UArchitect with Process Paramarsh, you will work on projectengagements withleading global clients. The role involvesworking closely withbusiness stakeholders and technicalteams to deliver reliable, andscalable utilitysolutions.
Requirements
Key Requirements
  • Provide the architecture of the overall SAP IS-Usolution that follows the utilities industry best practices acrossdesign and implementation
  • Managed the overall integrated solution design acrosscore SAP IS-U/CIS and related back-office (FICA, Billing, DM/AMI,Exception Management) and front-office (Service, Sales) work streams
  • Establish solution governance across SAP and non-SAP platformsand external vendors
  • Provide the pilot design and own workshops forsolution conformation during the Build phase.
  • Provide solution oversight for third-party and non-SAPintegrations that are critical to business operations
  • Support the data conversion, migration and cut over designincluding the testing scope which includes performance testing
  • Advise OCM and trainings on building the materials that alignswith vision
  • Work with stakeholders to prepare production readinessincluding BCP and DR plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensuresuccessful, high-quality solution delivery
  • Facilitate client and internal workshops to drivealignment and knowledge transfer
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to supportcontinuous improvement

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of SAP IS-U experience with deep utilitiesdomain expertise and responsibility for end-to-end integratedsolution design and delivery across Build, Test, and Deploy phases
  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U implementationexperience across Billing, FICA, Device Management (DM/AMI),Customer Service, and Work Management
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite and APIs
  • Knowledge of the AMI, EDM, MDM, and IoT ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Utilities andcomplex system integrations
  • Proven experience leading solution architecture acrossblueprint, build, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
  • Demonstrated expertise in cutover planning, dataconversion, testing strategy, and operational readiness
  • Ability to lead and govern large, cross-functionaldelivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, andvendor governance skills
  • Deep understanding of utilities industry bestpractices and CIS environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
