Registered Nurse (RN) - The Wave of Columbia
Location: Winnsboro, South Carolina
Are you a compassionate and skilled RN looking to make a real impact in behavioral health? The Wave of Columbia is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in providing hope, healing, and high-quality care for individuals on their recovery journey.

At The Wave, we believe in whole-person healing. Our Winnsboro location offers detox, residential, PHP, and IOP programs for both mental health and substance use treatment. As an RN, you'll play a critical role on the front lines of care, ensuring our clients are safe, supported, and moving toward lasting recovery.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a structured treatment environment.
- Complete client assessments, medication administration, and ongoing health monitoring.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (medical providers, clinical staff, operations) to create individualized treatment plans.
- Educate clients and families on health, wellness, and recovery.
- Support crisis intervention and uphold regulatory standards to ensure client safety.

Qualifications:
