  • Lead daily service department operations
  • Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention
  • Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven success in high-volume service operations
  • Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore
