Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you'll engage with patients in various capacities, such as:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify individual and family needs relative to substance use disorders.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address a range of challenges including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, medical issues, and family conflicts.
• Facilitating both individual and family therapy sessions to foster communication and healing among family members.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting interventions and patient progress effectively.
