Job description

Job Title HEAD OF ISO CHANNELS Introduction Craft has partnered with a high-growth specialty finance platform that is looking for a Head of ISO Channels. This is a leadership role for a builder who can scale ISO management talent, raise partner productivity, and drive sustainable channel growth. - Build team structure, partner strategy, and operating cadence. - High influence role with direct impact on growth trajectory. - Remote flexibility with occasional travel to New York as needed.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and scale a team of ISO Managers. - Set partner segmentation, coverage model, and performance standards. - Own channel-level KPIs: funded volume, quality mix, conversion, retention.

- Establish operating systems for pipeline visibility and accountability. - Partner cross-functionally with underwriting/ops to optimize outcomes. - Recruit and develop talent to support expansion goals.

What We're Looking For Experience - 7+ years in ISO/broker channel growth within MCA/specialty finance. - 3+ years leading teams in channel sales or partner management. Skills - Strong team leadership, performance management, and execution rigor.

- Deep understanding of broker/ISO ecosystem dynamics. - Strategic thinker who can also operate tactically in fast cycles. Education - Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience accepted.

Location - Remote role with ability to travel to New York on occasion.
