Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Inspector for a great Local company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The QC Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and enhancing operational efficiency through effective quality management practices.

Duties

  • Experience working with Authorized Inspectors and all required documentation.
  • Knowledge of various welding codes.
  • CWI Appreciated but not a requirement.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal policies.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including the analysis of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the fabrication of products that meet quality specifications.
  • Lead investigations into product non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in quality management roles, particularly within manufacturing or production environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all processes.
