Job description

Join Vylor—Powering the Future of Agriculture

At Vylor, we’re advancing agriculture through breakthrough science—combining elite germplasm, cutting‑edge biotech, and next‑generation expertise in gene editing and molecular breeding. Our portfolio includes trusted industry brands like Pioneer®, Brevant®, and Hoegemeyer®, delivering performance farmers rely on.

Join us to help scale innovation globally and shape what’s next in crop science.

Who are we and what do we do?

Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026; this planned separation is subject to multiple conditions, including final approval of the transaction by its board of directors. It is Corteva’s current intention, should the separation occur, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.

The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry’s most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops – and potentially beyond. Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes‑to‑market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.

Vylor is building a modern Digital Workplace designed to enable productivity, collaboration, and performance across a global organization. As a newly independent company, we have a unique opportunity to redefine how technology supports our workforce while delivering a secure, scalable, and differentiated user experience.

Within the Digital Workplace organization, Executive Support plays a critical role in enabling our most senior leaders to operate effectively. This position is responsible for leading the Executive Support capability that serves Vylor's Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Global Leadership Team (GLT), Board of Directors, and designated executive stakeholders.

We are hiring an Engineering Lead – Executive Support to lead one of the most visible and high‑impact service organizations within Digital Workplace.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of technology, leadership, and business execution.

You will lead the Executive Support capability responsible for delivering highly responsive technology services and ensuring technology readiness for executive leadership activities, Board of Directors meetings, leadership events, investor engagements, town halls, and other critical business interactions.

The role combines executive support leadership, service delivery management, operational excellence, and Digital Workplace expertise to create a differentiated technology experience for Vylor's most senior leaders.

You will lead Executive Support engineers and supporting resources through both direct and matrixed delivery models while partnering closely with Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, Service Management, Cybersecurity, and other technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You'll Own Executive Technology Experience
  • Deliver a highly responsive and differentiated technology experience for ELT, GLT, and designated executive stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for executive technology issues and service concerns.

  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and executive assistants to ensure technology supports business priorities.

Board and Leadership Event Readiness
  • Lead technology readiness and support for Board of Directors meetings.

  • Support ELT and GLT meetings, leadership events, town halls, and other business-critical engagements.

  • Ensure executive environments, meeting technologies, and supporting services are prepared and tested before critical events.

  • Develop readiness standards, contingency plans, and support models for high‑visibility business activities.

Executive Support Organization
  • Provide leadership and oversight for Executive Support engineers, contractors, service providers, and supporting technology resources.

  • Lead delivery through both direct reporting structures and matrixed support models.

  • Develop talent, establish service standards, and drive consistent execution across all support resources.

Executive Endpoint Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee executive endpoint deployment, refresh planning, inventory management, readiness, and support.

  • Ensure executive devices remain secure, compliant, modern, and aligned to Digital Workplace standards and roadmaps.

  • Support adoption of workplace technologies, collaboration tools, and productivity capabilities across the executive population.

Operational Excellence and Service Performance
  • Define and monitor Executive Support KPIs, service levels, executive satisfaction measures, and operational performance indicators.

  • Develop and maintain Executive Experience dashboards that provide visibility into service quality, responsiveness, adoption, and executive satisfaction.

  • Drive continual service improvement through metrics, user feedback, operational reviews, and technology innovation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who combines strong technical knowledge, executive presence, operational discipline, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Successful candidates will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Executive Support, End User Computing, Workplace Services, or related disciplines.

  • 3+ years leading support teams, programs, vendors, or service delivery functions.

  • Experience leading Executive Support, workplace technology, VIP support, or other high‑touch technology service organizations.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams in large enterprise environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint technologies, mobility solutions, collaboration platforms, and workplace technologies.

  • Proven ability to lead engineers, vendors, contractors, and matrixed support resources.

  • Experience supporting Board of Directors meetings, executive events, and other high‑visibility business engagements.

  • Strong service management, problem‑solving, and operational leadership capabilities.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.

  • The ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, highly visible environments where responsiveness, judgment, and discretion are critical.

Why This Role Matters

Technology is critical to how leaders communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and operate the business.

This role helps ensure Vylor's executive leadership population can focus on leading the company rather than managing technology challenges. From Board of Directors meetings and executive events to day‑to‑day leadership activities, the Engineer Lead – Executive Support is responsible for creating a secure, reliable, and highly effective technology experience for the organization's most senior leaders.

For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to shape the executive technology experience for a newly independent company while building a modern Executive Support capability within Vylor's Digital Workplace organization.
