Job description

Job Title: Transportation Customer Service Representative

Location: Grand Prairie (75050)

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm, possible OT

Length of assignment: Long term temp

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with tracking and locating shipments

  • Update and manage shipment details and client information

  • Act as a liaison between shipping carriers and internal teams

  • Handle email correspondence with clients in a professional manner

  • Support logistics operations in a fast-paced environment

 What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience (non–call center) – required

  • 1+ year of Logistics experience – required

  • Dispatcher experience – preferred

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations

  • Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

  • Fast learner with strong data entry skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
