Responsibilities Lead complex technical and theoretical consulting efforts across programs and projects Design, develop, execute, and implement advanced engineering and scientific initiative Conduct research and develop innovative solutions to solve challenging technical problems Integrate advanced concepts, data, and information from multiple disciplines to develop effective approaches and methodologies Prepare and present technical reports, papers, proposals, briefings, and related documentation Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff members and project teams Support organizational growth by advancing technical expertise and capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience leading technical teams and projects Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Research and development experience preferred This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.
