Core Solutions Integration Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in a remote setting. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while remaining connected to a dynamic outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ unique strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, ensuring an individualized approach to care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices in the mental health field.
• Engage in collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to enhance service delivery and client support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to inform ongoing care and meet regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Core Solutions Integration Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in supporting clients through their healing processes, helping them navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health disorders.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure to practice independently as a:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with disciplinary actions on their record will not be considered.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote counseling tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, providing therapy across multiple modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual client engagement strategies.
• Ability to tailor treatment approaches to meet the diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload management.
