The Opportunity:

You will take complete commercial ownership of high-value architectural metal panel projects across Southern California, guiding them from lead qualification through final handover. You will play a vital part in driving our sales pipeline, leveraging a modern CRM and AI-augmented workflow.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage and accelerate your assigned project pipeline from the initial bidding phase through the final PO/LOI stage.
  • Apply the 3-Day/3-Bidder Rule to successfully qualify contractors and secure competitive vendor RFQ coverage.
  • Provide deep technical consultation and value-engineering alternates to architects and general contractors during project development.
  • Cultivate lasting commercial relationships with regional facade consultants, glazers, and general contractors to capture repeat business.
  • Facilitate seamless project handovers to the operations team, ensuring all critical engineering and logistics criteria are fully documented.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction sales, estimating, or manufacturer's representation.
  • Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural drawings, wall sections, and specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor RFQ processes and qualifying contractors in a competitive bidding environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial building envelope systems and general construction processes.
  • Willingness to travel locally up to 20% of the time to support project walks and regional client consultations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 or more years of experience specializing within the commercial metal cladding or architectural metal panel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Direct technical familiarity with CENTRIA products or other major building envelope manufacturer lines.
  • Advanced knowledge of testing standards and regulatory compliance, including NFPA 285 and ASTM protocols.
  • Hands-on experience using digital takeoff software and CRM databases like Pipedrive and HubSpot.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000 supplemented by progressive commission tiers.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program featuring competitive employer matching.
  • Profit-sharing and performance-based bonus opportunities to reward collective success.
  • Paid time off covering scheduled holidays, vacation days, and sick leave.
  • Professional development opportunities, including structured mentorship and certified training.
