What You'll Do (AKA How You'll Crush It):
  • Own the Vertical:
    • Take charge of the Home Warranty Services vertical, identify the biggest players, and develop strategies to win their business.
  • Sell Solutions That Matter:
    • Pitch our BPO services to streamline operations for home warranty providers-think claim processing, service dispatch, customer care, and everything in between.
  • Be a Relationship, Rockstar:
    • Build trust and rapport with key decision-makers at home warranty companies. Whether it's the CEO, VP of Ops, or Head of Claims, you'll be the person they rely on for solutions.
  • Understand the Game:
    • Learn the ins and outs of the home warranty industry. From claims management to customer support bottlenecks, you'll know their pain points and how to solve them.
  • Hustle Relentlessly:
    • Leads, pitches, deals-rinse and repeat. This is about being proactive, staying hungry, and consistently driving results.

  • Industry Knowledge:
    • You've worked with-or sold to-home warranty providers before. You understand their challenges (like claim adjudication, customer retention, or technician management).
  • Proven Sales Success:
    • You've crushed quotas in the past and have a track record of closing high-value deals. You don't just talk the talk-you walk the walk.
  • BPO Expertise Is a Plus:
    • Experience selling outsourcing services like customer support, claims processing, or back-office solutions? Perfect. If not, show us you can learn fast.
  • Master Communicator:
