Work Environment

As a remote member of our healthcare team, you will participate in virtual sessions with clients while collaborating closely with colleagues across various disciplines. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and diagnoses of clients.
  • Evaluate and treat an array of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each client’s situation and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Provide crisis intervention, bereavement support, and other necessary social work interventions in a respectful and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize relevant therapeutic techniques and tools to track progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and clinic safety protocols and documentation standards to promote the health and safety of all staff and clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population ranging from children to adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Your approach will be rooted in empathy and cultural competency, allowing you to effectively tailor interventions for each individual and achieve meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid state license, such as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent certification, allowing you to practice independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for emergent interventions.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining detailed records and documentation, critical for effective client care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
  • Familiarity with community health issues and resources in the Springfield, Oregon area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
