Client Details Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consulting firm serving commercial, multifamily, healthcare, industrial, retail, hospitality, and institutional markets. While this roles supports the Hartford, CT area - our clients supports national projects. With a reputation for delivering technical excellence, the organization provides integrated architectural, engineering, construction administration, and forensic consulting solutions across a growing regional footprint. The firm is experiencing continued growth and is seeking talented professionals who thrive in a collaborative, technically focused environment. Description Manage and lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs align with project requirements. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for industrial and manufacturing facilities. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met. Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges. Provide technical guidance to junior team members as needed.
