What is it like to work at Connect Staffing?
This position will oversee construction operations, coordinate with engineers and contractors, monitor project timelines and budgets, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities: Supervise construction projects and daily job site operations
Coordinate engineering, fabrication, and construction phases
Review project drawings, reports, schedules, and cost estimates
Monitor project budgets, cost overruns, and scheduling flow charts
Ensure all construction adheres to local, state, and federal regulations
Oversee installation of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
Prepare project reports for management and stakeholders
Train, supervise, and evaluate employees as needed
Maintain safe work practices and quality standards on all projects
Construction Management Degree preferred OR 10+ years of related construction experience
Certified Construction Manager experience preferred
Experience with construction estimating and scheduling software
Knowledge of commercial/industrial construction processes
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid Texas Driver’s License required
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Must be a U.S. Citizen for NASA badge access
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
Willingness to travel as needed
Prior government installation or NASA site experience is a plus
Professional appearance required
Must be able to provide valid citizenship documents upon hire
Flexible schedule and overtime may be required based on project needs
