Job description

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:55 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Houston Area

Job Summary

Connect Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to assist with landscaping and property maintenance. This is a full-time position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking grounds.

Job Duties
  • Mow, edge, and trim grass and landscaped areas
  • Remove weeds, debris, and litter from property grounds
  • Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees as needed
  • Plant, water, and maintain flowers and other landscaping features
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with general grounds maintenance and cleanup
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Must have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required

  • Long Sleeve Shirt (Required)
