Special Education Technician (Northern Quebec) Employment conditions: Willing to work in the area mentioned and ideally owns a means of transport. Our values: Respect Kindness Professionalism Integrity Collaboration Job description: We are looking for specialized education technicians to support people with adjustment difficulties, functional limitations, behavioral disorders, impairments or psychosocial problems in different intervention settings. The person holding the position contributes to the development, maintenance and improvement of users' adaptive capacities and autonomy by implementing educational interventions adapted to their needs. Main responsibilities: Observe and assess the behaviors, needs, and capabilities of users Participate in the development and implementation of intervention plans Apply educational intervention techniques tailored to the established objectives.
