Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (Internal title: Project Management III) Manage and implement the assigned projects from inception through to completion Rapid Implementation of a fit-for-purpose process (build-as-you-execute), and practical tools for planning, and execution of projects (for scope, cost, schedule, and risk management). Implementation of fit-for-purpose project management and reporting framework.

Managing Fabrication and Machining Jobs. Mix of Build-to-print as well as Design-Build projects. Close coordination required between Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production Management of customer deliverables, schedule, and project milestones while matching internal capacity, resources, and adhering the budget (as-quoted cost).

Develop new project or program plans and expectations in consultation with and delegating deliverables to stakeholders, including clients Determine and manage the human and material resources required to complete assigned projects successfully Formulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work and budgets Exercise authority in managing the work and control the delivery of the projects per project plans Review and ensure adherence to the overall scope, schedule, and budget Identify risks and entrench mitigation strategies and contingency plans Monitor and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines Evaluate the project's effectiveness by consulting with clients and other stakeholders Establish and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, client executives, key stakeholders, and Operations Lead scope change negotiations Oversee ongoing quality control, participate in quality issue resolution, and manage internal quality control checks for the project Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle Complete any tasks assigned by Project Management V or higher in an efficient and timely manner Working Conditions Office-based Comfortable working onsite or on the fabrication floor10+ years of experience in Project Management Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience managing small and large scale EPC projects ($1-$100M+) Experience working in heavy industrial manufacturing company preferred Experience managing projects under a variety of contracting models, including lump sum, T&M, cost reimbursable, etc. Experience in heavy industrial sector (oil and gas, utilities, chemicals, mining or other large-scale process and manufacturing industries) is an asset Experience managing projects where things are designed, engineered and then built.
