  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA and apply evidence-based strategies to guide intervention.
Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or community-based setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Experience providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the well-being of clients and their families.
What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
  •  Convenient location, metro bus accessible, free parking.
